Hi, I’m Kayden, and I’m a Customer Service Representative at Pinnacle. I joined the team in March of 2025, and this is my first position in the veterinary field. Ever since I was a child, I’ve always had a deep love for animals, so being able to work in an environment where I can interact with pets and their owners every day is incredibly rewarding.

At home, my life is full of furry family members! I have four dogs and one cat who all have big personalities. Ellie is my 12-year-old pit bull and one of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever met. She’s very needy in the best way and absolutely loves attention. She enjoys long naps and even “dances” whenever she’s hungry or thirsty. Bella is my 10-year-old dachshund who I got when I was just 13 years old. She’s been my best friend ever since. Bella is loyal and loving but definitely has a feisty side. She loves snuggling, eating, and climbing on furniture to search for any food that might have been left behind! Babygirl is our 13-year-old chihuahua who is all about naps, back scratches, and burrowing under any blanket she can find. She’s very loving but will absolutely bark if you dare interrupt her nap—and she is definitely not a morning person. Bruiser is our mini-Dutch shepherd and the baby of the family. Bru loves to run, play fetch, and make new friends. His best friend is actually our cat, Kat Williams! Kat Williams is our 2-year-old cat who enjoys climbing trees, playing with Bruiser, and even napping in our bird bath. Ellie and Babygirl were my husband’s childhood dogs, Bella was mine, and we welcomed Bruiser and Kat Williams after we got together.

I recently got married in November of 2025, which has been an exciting new chapter in my life! Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and family, taking pictures (I’m also a photographer), and going shopping.

One of my favorite parts of my role at Pinnacle is building personal relationships with our clients. Our clients are exceptional and always make us feel appreciated, and seeing their smiles and hearing their kind words makes my job so rewarding. I’m also incredibly grateful to work alongside such an amazing team led by Dr. Worl and Melissa, who make Pinnacle a truly special place to be.
