Unfortunately, while we always try to give the best experience possible, we are human and sometimes we will fall short. It could be because we’ve had a difficult day…Maybe we have a sick family member at home. Maybe one of your team members just euthanized their own pet and is struggling to get through the day. Maybe we’ve had to work in sick pets during the day and we are running way behind. Or maybe, the chemistry between our staff and a client simply isn’t there.
