Pinnacle Veterinary Group’s veterinarians offer a full range of soft tissue surgical services including spays and neuters, mass removals, bladder stone removal, abdominal exploratory surgeries and foreign body removals.

Some surgeries, including most orthopedic and some upper airway procedures, require a board certified veterinary surgeon. Fracture (broken bone) repairs, TPLO procedures (repair of torn or ruptured cruciate ligaments (ACL)), and corrections of elongated soft palates in dogs with brachycephalic syndrome are examples of these types of surgeries.

For pets needing orthopedic surgeries like a TPLO, we work with highly experienced board certified surgeons who perform these procedures here at Pinnacle. This alleviates the need to travel to Greenville to utilize specialty centers there. 

For patients who may require continued hospitalization after surgery, we will refer to one of the specialty centers in Greenville.
