Customer Service Representative

Hi, I’m Amy, and I’m a Customer Service Representative at Pinnacle. I’ve been working in the veterinary field since 2003, when I first started in a kennel position. Over the years I worked my way up to becoming a veterinary assistant, but I eventually realized that my favorite place in the clinic was right up front with the clients. I enjoy connecting with people, getting to know their pets, and helping make their visits as smooth and welcoming as possible.

My love for animals is what originally inspired me to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. I’ve always wanted to be part of something that helps animals live healthier, happier lives. Being able to support both pets and their families every day makes this work incredibly meaningful to me.

At home, life is busy and full of love with my four children—Audrey, Titus, Cullus, and Elijah. I also have two adorable dogs who keep things entertaining. Coraline Jones is my 5-year-old long-haired dachshund, and she is sweet, lovable, kissable, and basically perfect in every way. Then there’s Thorfinn, our terrier mix who is still very much a baby and lovingly described as a wild little dinosaur. Between the kids and the dogs, there’s never a dull moment in our house!

A fun fact about me is that I absolutely love dachshunds—but right behind them on my list of favorite animals are skunks. I actually think they are adorable, and I secretly would love to have one as a pet.

Outside of work, I enjoy shopping and doing arts and crafts. My family and I moved here two years ago from the mountains of Georgia, and we’ve really fallen in love with the Seneca area. There are so many fun things to do together as a family, like bowling or going to the movies, and we love exploring everything the community has to offer.

While puppies and kittens always hold a special place in my heart, I also believe strongly in the importance of dental care for pets. Keeping up with oral health is an important part of helping pets live long and healthy lives.

One of my favorite parts of working at Pinnacle is getting to know our clients. I enjoy taking the time to talk with them, learn about their pets, and help make them feel comfortable and cared for every time they walk through our doors.
